Using kawka.app

You may browse and play publicly available games for personal, lawful use. Creator features require an account and accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

Playing public games does not require a player account. A creator account is used only for creator features such as publishing, metadata management, and replacing a build.

Games may connect to services selected by their creator. Those services are not operated by kawka.app and may have separate terms and privacy notices. Do not enter personal information into a game unless you understand who will receive it and why.

Agreement

By creating a creator account or publishing content, you agree to these Terms of Use and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create a creator account or publish content.

Age and supervision

kawka.app is not directed to children who are below the minimum age for online services in their country. If local law requires a parent or guardian's permission, do not use the service without it. Creators must be legally able to agree to these terms and are responsible for ensuring their published content is appropriate for its intended audience.

Creator content

You must own or have permission to upload every game, asset, font, sound, model, and other file you publish. By publishing content, you give kawka.app a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the duration of publication to host, scan, cache, reproduce, display, and deliver that content as part of the service. You keep ownership of your content and may request removal through the Contact page.

Prohibited content and behavior

• No malware, credential theft, phishing, scams, deceptive login screens, or code intended to attack players.
• No unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive content.
• No content that tries to escape the game sandbox, access portal sessions, or mislead users about being part of kawka.app.
• No abuse of uploads, reports, traffic, or advertising systems.

Moderation and removal

kawka.app may reject, hide, disable, or remove content and accounts when it appears unsafe, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms. Reports receive a private status reference. Creators can request a review from the dashboard.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe a game or asset infringes your rights, use the report form on the affected game or the public Report illegal content page. Include the game URL, identify the protected work, and explain the claimed infringement. You may use the private Contact form for follow-up. We may temporarily hide reported content while reviewing a good-faith request and may ask for information reasonably needed to assess it. Do not submit false or abusive claims.

Accounts and content removal

Creators may ask kawka.app to remove their account or published content through the Contact page. We may retain limited records when needed for security, legal obligations, disputes, or abuse prevention. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect players, the service, or other people.

Disclaimer and liability

Games and kawka.app are provided as an evolving service and may contain errors or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, kawka.app is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or third-party game content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Availability and changes

kawka.app is provided as an evolving service. Games, features, and storage availability may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of any game. We may update these terms as the service develops; the effective date above identifies the current version.
